For more than 20 years, Rabbi Rothwachs served as the Rabbi of Congregation Beth Aaron in Teaneck, New Jersey, building one of the most dynamic and respected Orthodox communities in North America. Together, Rabbi and Rebbetzin Rothwachs became known for their personal relationships, genuine care, and unwavering dedication to every individual and family in their community.

In addition to his many leadership roles, Rabbi Rothwachs serves as Director of Professional Rabbinics at RIETS, Head Rabbi of Camp Morasha, and has been recognized nationally for his inspirational leadership.
